Artist Detailed Info: Kevin Leftwich

Kevin is a western North Carolina singer songwriter. Early in his early music career he performed in an “outlaw” country/rock band with childhood and lifelong friends. In later years, music became a pastime but life-changing events, including the loss of his friend and drummer Marc Pearson, inspired him to pick up music again. Kevin currently writes and performs his own style of alternative country music. He has just completed his first album "The Ghost in the Keyhole” which is a mixture of country and rock with a hint of bluegrass. His influences include: Steve Earle, The Floating Men, The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Merle Haggard, The Drive-by Truckers, and of course Hank Williams.
