Artist Detailed Info: Cassix

This short-lived R.I.O. supergroup comprised the entirety of Cassiber (ex-Henry Cow/Art Bears drummer Chris Cutler, ex-Toto Lotto NDW vocalist Christoph Anders plus German improv eccentrics Heiner Goebbels and Alfred Harth) alongside three members of Italian folk-prog-into-R.I.O. movers Stormy Six.
They made a workshop in Montepulciano (Italy) in the summer 1983 between 25-29 july. The Last day played a great live show with some appreciated improvisations into the same location. About this night and the workshop exists a very good bootleg on tape (from here some tracks for the RE Records/ReR Megacorp compilations released by Chris Cutler in 1986, 1991 and 2013).
The whole sessions have been issued on Cd and shared on 'Verso La Stratosfera' blog.
