Mined out of the depths of the "super-pit" known as the "Perth music scene", The Vincent Gallows took shape in the late stages of 2011.

Through common friendships, the group knocked about in the percussionist's legionnaire-spawned basement leading to the formation of the current-day 4 piece. The dye was cast.
