Artist Info: Sherilyn Fenn

Sherilyn Fenn is a Belgrade band formed in January 1996 by Ivan Miljojković (vocals-guitar), and Bogdan Ostojić (drums). In September 1996 the band was joined by Milan Bogdanović (vocals-guitar) and Stefan Sladić (bass guitar) and in December that year Bogdan Bogdanović replaced Ostojić on the drums.

The beginnings were marked by strong influences of early 80s New York new wave, Sonic Youth primarily. Other influences included such bands as Joy Division and Velvet Underground. [read more...]
