Artist Info: Roger Happel

Roger Happel is a Dutch R&B singer. In 1999 he took part in the Dutch preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest. His entry 'Where Is The Time' finished in 5th place. The song is produced by Tjeerd Oosterhuis of Total Touch fame. The previous year, he joined Edsilia Rombley at the Eurovision Song Contest as a backup vocalist for her entry 'Hemel en Aarde'.
