Makar Barsegjan, in short Makar (Mechelen, 13 July 1998), is a Belgian rapper, singer and songwriter and actor. He is of Armenian descent.

Makar has been releasing his music since 2018.
He is multilingual and raps in Armenian, German, French, English and Dutch.
He likes to call his music ghetto house.

In August 2022, he signed with Universal Music label Virgin Records. Around the same time, his song Mood developed into a streaming hit. The song reached the charts in various countries and reached number 15 in Germany, among other places. [read more...]
