Artist Info: Kernfeld

kernfeld is an electronic music project from Germany with roots in the 1990s. The project developed through Atari/Cubase-based production, sampling and sequencing, moving through trip-hop, downbeat, breakbeat, leftfield and experimental electronic dub music. Later work explores illbient, lo-fi, instrumental hip-hop, electronically produced forms of rock and punk, and experiments with processed and synthetic voice, first emerging on the "For What EP" 2011, alongside other hybrid and experimental styles.
