Kelly was born August 16, 1984 in Annapolis Maryland, to Laurie and William Fischer. She is the youngest of 2 daughters. Discovering her love for music when she was very young, her mother encouraged her to take up vocal lessons, participating in school choirs and eventually learning the guitar. She is still a very new artist, working on promoting and getting her music to the local areas.
