Artist Info: Kaseva

Kaseva are a legendary Finnish rock group. Similar to many other suomirock acts, Kaseva don’t fit neatly into any single genre definition. Formed in the late 1960s, the band rehearsed in a cellar for years without anyone knowing about them. In the early 1970s, they sent an English-language demo to Love Records, a now-legendary Helsinki-based label. Kaseva were offered a record deal with one condition: the songs had to be in Finnish.
