In Waves is the name of at least three acts:

1. Adam James is a multi-instrumentalist songwriter and producer, based in the North West of England. Launching In Waves in 2024, the project blends genre with a heavy focus on introspective lyrics and storytelling inside a cinematic sonic universe.

2. In Waves are an Ambient/Progressive/Rock/Post-hardcore group from Burlington, North Carolina, USA. Made up of members all over the triad.
