Artist Info: Galitza

Formed in Leeds in 2000, out of the remnants of 2 defunct bands Chest and Landspeed Loungers. Galitza persued a frank approach to their music, which was sometimes delicate and often brutal. Dual vocalists allowed the band to stand out amongst their peers, with both Steve and Emma possessing wonderful singing voices. 3 Guitarists gave the band a very dynamic live sound and the individuals approach to their guitars gave flexible power and the ability to set up hypnotic counter melodies.
