Frank Hoier is a songwriting performer (Guitar, Harmonica) who lives in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Heavily influenced by American music (Folk, Blues, Rock & Roll and early Country), his original songs involve equal parts hope, desperation, humor, sarcasm, anger, & love.
